Labryinth Walks: A Journey to the Center

11/05/2009 - 2:54pm
12/22/2009 - 2:54pm

On each Sunday of Advent and the Monday of the Winter Solstice there will be a labyrinth walk. Each walk will have a different focus: love, peace, joy, hope, and light.
Labyrinths have been walked for many reasons over the centuries, including pilgrimage, discernment, and spiritual growth. There is no single right way to walk a labyrinth. Come take part in this experience in which there will be ample opportunity to discover what love, peace, joy, hope, and light mean to you and your spiritual life as you journey to the center of the labyrinth.
There will be several stations that can be participated in to prepare for walking the labyrinth and a time of sharing after all participants have walked.

Feel free to take part in just one of the walks or all of the walks.

Walks on: November 29, December 6, 13, 20, and 21
Time: 7:00pm
Where: ESR, common area
Cost: Donation of a non-perishable item to be donated to a food bank.
