Students and advisors can always view "grades" as they are posted.
Students and advisors can always print an unofficial transcript.
Here's how:
Students:
go to web db: http://webdb.earlham.edu
log in with your ESR email username & password
once it greets you and ESR/BTS shows up in the top left of the screen, click on the "My File" tab
on the top right of the My file page there will be a link called transcript.
click on it to see your grades for every session and for an unofficial transcript, print it out.
Advisors:
go to web db: http://webdb.earlham.edu
log in with your ESR email username & password
once it greets you and ESR/BTS shows up in the top left of the screen,
either use the advisees portal, or open your My file page and click on advising tool.
Click on the advisee's name
when their info opens up click on transcript
You can print this out for your advisee files or use it to note how your advisees are doing each
semester.
