“Facilitating Sustainable Agreements,”
Monday September 22, 10-12, ending with lunch provided by ESR (RSVP requested for lunch head count)

This two hour workshop deals with the role of the facilitator as the person designated to enable a group to work effectively for sustainable agreements, with particular attention to the ways to keep a group focused and learning from each other. Skills and practices include handling conflict and dissent and integrating difference for a true consensus. This may be of particular interest to Quakers who work in a secular setting and want to bring aspects of Quaker practice into other settings!
